The Mendnehall Glacier. We couldn't get as close to this one as we did the Sawyer Glacier in the Tracy Arm Fjord, but area-wise, this one is a whole lot larger (part of the massive Juneau Ice Field).

  • The Port of Juneau, capital city of Alaska. They get something crazy like 320 days of rain here. We totally lucked out.
  • Back on board, and back to more towel animals!

  • More ship decor...
  • A shot looking up at the glass elevators going up and down (as elevators do).
  • A map of the ship. Our stateroom was on the first floor--1224. We had a window, but no balcony (that would've cost a lot extra). Maybe next time...
  • Seriously?
