  • These markers were on every ceiling in almost every building in Dubai, pointing the way to Mecca for prayer.

  • The breakfast buffet at our hotel was the best!
  • Yep--quinoa salad on the breakfast buffet! A welcome (re: bland) contrast to our spicier Indian offerings.
